Poor Avery Bug

So we were sitting with Avery one night and realized her crying just wasnt normal. She seemed as if she was in horrible pain! To every mother- that cry hurts her just as bad as the precious baby! Ernest suggested she may have acid reflux, which of course got me thinking as well as researching. We determined she has the majority of the symptoms- yet they weren't real severe. We of course made an appointment the following day with her pediatrician to determine the issue before it got worse. Avery's doctor told us she more than likely does have acid reflux, and like we suspected, it wasnt very severe. However she thought it would be a good idea to try some medicine to help with the discomfort and pain she felt daily. Luckily Avery is still gaining weight... 9.8lbs now!! She is a Growing Growing girl!!

So its been a week since we started giving the meds to Avery and she already seems so much happier and sleeps so much better. She generally only wakes once or twice a night to eat.... and sleeps the rest. It is so wonderful to not hear that painful cry/moans.

We are loving every minute with our little love.... God is Great!

Daddy had to work, So thank goodness Avery's Marmi was able to go with me!! Mommy needed a support system to stay calm while her baby girl was at the doctor!!
I know sweet Avery was in pain... you see ALL this hair?!?!- I had HORRIBLE heartburn and reflux!!! I know that feeling way too well... so glad she isn't feeling it anymore!
